I love these little Quiche Lorraines. They make a great meal any time of day. I love the convenience of having them in my freezer. When ever I run out, I order more.

One can not believe these little pastries are gluten-free, they are so rich but not in a sugary kind of way. I serve them at Christmas time and my guests are very impressed when I tell them they are gluten-free. Rich and buttery with a delicate creamy fruity center. Delicious!!!
