I never get to have quiche since I had to go gluten free 13 years ago. These quiche make it all okay because they are SO delicious!

This is my second time purchasing the cake after a few years and it still tastes just as good. Hard to believe it’s sugar and gluten free. Anyways, we went thru the cake faster than expected. May need to purchase again soon.

I absolutely love these quiches and tarts I received from Chou Chou and have shared my impression with many others. The quiche Lorraine were delicious and I couldn't tell they were any different than normal Quiche Lorraine. The pear, apple and apricot tarts are wonderful and very welcomed. I looked at the ingredients and noted that Chou Chou uses only the best flour (Cup4Cup), sugar substitute (Monksfruit) and other ingredients. I will definitely order again from this bakery.
The variety, quantity, and quality of the cookies are beyond compare. My compliments to the chef!
